Fishing for Freedom NH/ME is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 39-4797562), founded in 2025 by Jim Saccoccia of Barrington, NH. Jim organizes therapeutic fishing outings for veterans and first responders, focusing on community, camaraderie, and sustainability.
Our events provide opportunities to connect with nature, with trips running out of the Portsmouth, NH area. We work closely with local fishing guides and community members to create meaningful, restorative experiences on the water, because every outing is about more than the catch. It's about healing together.
